My son's organic acid test indicated a B12 deficiency, so he's been taking Methyl B12 lozenges for several months now. He does not take the one w/folic acid, but he takes Spectrum Complete which has folic acid in it.

After taking it for a few weeks, he went through a time when he was very tired. I've heard that this can happen and may be due to the body making repairs. Its hard for me to say exactly if it has helped since we started a lot of supplements at the time we started the B12, though I believe it has.
One thing that I'm very pleased with is Lipoceutical Glutathione, which we've just started recently.

You can order Methyl B12 lozenges online, or maybe get them at a health food store. Price is reasonable. Folinic acid is in most multi vitamins, so you could get it that way.
HI...I JUST WANTED TO ASK WHAT IS THE USE OF MethylB12? WHAT PROBLEM YOU ARE HAVING THAT LEAD YOU TO THIS SUPPLEMENT?

Not sure who this is directed to, but my son takes it because an Organic Acid test indicated a B12 deficiency. Methyl B12 is better absorbed than the other B12. B12 deficiency can cause many problems and symptoms.
They are finding that the B12 can also help with glutathione which is necessary to detox. My son's test also indicated he was low in glutathione. They are finding that these deficiencies are fairly common in autism. He also takes Lipoceutical Glutathione, and so far I'm pleased with the effects of that.
