O.C.D. with 17yr old autistic boy

My nephew has developed obsessive compulsive behaviours leading to aggression. Has anyone any advice on this ?

My son's teen years were very very difficult.

Some of my son's ocd stuff comes from taking things literally....for example if someone tells him he has to wash his hands after he touches something - he will wash his hands too often. We reassure him about things like that.

Is he ok physically? Good nutrition, vitamins? When my son isn't feeling well he sometimes makes up rules for himself thinking it may make him feel better.
