i finally got a consult with Dr. Foster today. He is one of two doctors in my area that uses a neurofeedback therapy. When I excitedly called her dad to tell him the initial visit would be 500.00 he flipped. His entire family said it sounds like a scam and he said she should just come to live with him. So i said if you can tell me what asd stands for she can come love with you for an entire school year. My point to this story is I have a new motto, if you don't have a library card your opinion just doesn't count. (does that seem harsh?)

Money is definately an issue and others often don't agree with what we choose.
I find it challenging to pay for all the supplements I believe in, but I'm determined to continue due to the positive results.
Do you know how expensive it will be after the initial (neurofeedback) visit?

Yes, it's 100.00 per session but he said if i pay in advance it's 75 the first 500.00 is really for a brainmap, i know it is steep but that's why i'm checking with ninds (national Institute for Neurological Disorders) before i commit to anything. The technology was developed by NASA but this version is a playstation2. It seems pretty non-invasive. I'll post more info when i get it if anyone is interested
