my daughter is 2 and a half. She is extremely affectionate. She does not interact well with others. She has no solid way of communicating. She speaks, but it is generally just parroting what others say with no understanding of the meaning. She sees a OT, SLP, and DT weekly and has for the last 6 months. I am extremely frustrated and am a single mother who constantly feels inadequate. Her therapists recently recommended further testing to determine if she is autistic. I am scared to death and worried what this could mean for her quality of life. I only want the best for her and i dont know what to do next. any advice would be appreciated
