Hello,, new to this site, I have a 5 year old son, he was diagnosed with ASD when he was 3, he really is a special little guy. He suffers terrribly with anxiety and has ground down his front teeth to small stumps. (we are currently on a never ending NHS list for treatment) any hope for his "big teeth" when they come, or tips on how to prevent/restrict the grinding ?

I have read that zinc helps with teeth grinding. Not sure what the dosage should be though.
