I've just read some about ADAM technology from the Galaxy Wave Group. Are any of you familiar with it? We have tried facilitated communication and auditory integrated training with our son, both years ago. I am fairly skeptical about chasing another rabbit but would welcome positive programs from anyone. Thanks!

Have you read their "Nexus" magazine review? I say (why, in my humble opinion - of course!) adam technologies is bull. First they start out the article making science sound fractured and imperfect. That way you'll feel good when they go on to put it down so that they can take advantage of your hopes to propagandize their "product." Their product, of course, sounds waaay beyond understanding: warp factor SIX! Oooo, a "dimensional rift" whereby we communicate via "non-local plasma!" And we're communicating with a "universal consciousness!" How fantastic!!! Then they go on to back themselves up, not with measured results, but by offering testimonials! Just like any cult or rip-off for that matter.

Of course, the above is all my my humble opinion, but I say people who take advantage of hopeful and compassionate parents in this way are, as Daffy Duck says, "despicable!" Can you imagine what kind of moral mentality it takes to rip off loving parents who are trying to make a better life for their kids? And then they'll take your hard-earned hope and spend it on their high-falutin' way of life? I'd like the see people like this hit with a cupful of hydroflou... well, I'd better not detail on how to make a human jellyfish. I'll leave it at "despicable," ok?

Don't get ripped...

Thanks for your opinion - actually you pretty much described exactly what I thought. This was the first I had heard of it and was curious what others had heard, if anything, beyond those testimonials.

Keep an eye on www.randi.org . I've been told this'll be up in a week or two.

Yes, we devoted an entire thread to ranting about this filth on Aspergia a couple of months ago. I am most keen to meet such people in person so I can tear their limbs off.

This thread has done exactly what I needed it to do and that was inform me of any knowledge any of you had about ADAM technology. As I said in my original post, I am skeptical about anything and of course especially something that promises a cure. Thanks for all the input and looking out for each other!!

James had asked if I'd any backgrounds on any of the chumps (my words) working there. If anyone knows of any of their backgrounds, I'm sure he'll be appreciative to hear of it.

His commentary this week: http://www.randi.org/jr/050704your.html

If there is any, Google will find it.

I'll be back.

I'm back, and there is nothing on the Internet. There are plenty of people who share their names but I can't find the same people. ASS!!
