help for my nephew

I need information on signs of autisim in small children. My nephew is 2 and 1/2 years old . Please some information will help. Thanks in advance.

Hi here is some of them

not babbling, pointing or using other gestures by 12 months
not using single words by age 16 months
not using two word phrases by 24 months
having a regression in development, with any loss of language or social skills
lack of eye contact
no interest in playing with peers
no responding when his/her name is call
lack of understanding meaning of simple word like "no"
