Hi,

Our son is 24 and low functioning autistic. I am familiar with Bernard Rimland but can't recall actually seeing a scale. Could you tell me more about the scale?

We filled out the scale many years ago. It was supposed to help you figure out where on the spectrum you might be.

Hi Autmom,

I am also 23 years old although diagnosed with autistic tendencies at the age of 5 and I also have some unusual strengths like perfect pitch and an excellent sense of rhythm.

What strengths does your son have by the way?

You can find info on the form at the site below. It is Form E-2. In Temple Grandin's book, Emergence Labeled Autistic, in Appendix A, page 151, you should see Temple's form E-2.
