Obviously...I'm new here !
My name is Tricia and I'm the mother of a 10 year old boy with PDD-NOS & ADHD. He was doing great up until last school year. There were some changes in the special ed cirriculum & teachers (the first to be layed off when they need to cut money! My son lost the teacher that had been with him since Kindergarten) He went from an A/B student to a D/F student in a matter of months. He has no motivation to succeed anymore. I decided to stop giving the school system so much control (that I didn't even realize they had) and start looking into some alternate options for my son.
I'm here to find out what works for everyone else and to hopefully find some support as my family searches for answers to help my son become himself again. I'm very interested in learning more about chelation & a more controlled diet for him.
