Hi ,

We just started the diet with our son , and we read the
book "revealing the mysteries" they talk about ham and bologna that
they're safe for kids on the diet as long they don't carry any
colorants or additives. its is true? can we give him beef bologna and
ham? we'reusing Thumann's ham, turkey and bologna, they say "no
artificial colors, aditives, no MGD, no presefvatives, etc" can
somebody give me some advice?

Are you doing GF/CF or SCD? I did GF/CF with my daughter and avoided bologna but did allow ham. Applegate Farms makes an entire line of luncheon meats with no nitrates/nitrites or artificial anything. You can search online for a local retailer or check w/ your nearest health food store. Don't know where you're located, but I'm in Louisiana and our local Sav-a-Center supermarket carries the Applegate Farms line of meats/franks.
